Blurred is an autobiography of my rebellious years, if you like. It speaks also of how you may go into the world with grand plans, but if you do so out of the will of God it is not only doomed to failure, but may end up hurting you spiritually.

As for me, I was born in Narrabri, NSW. Moved to Griffith, NSW when I was 11. I was brought up in the church as my mother became a Christian when I was quite young. At 16 I moved out of home and out of town as I thought I was old enough to go exploring life on my own...I wasn't... Moved back to Griffith when I was 18 and lived there for a few years before moving to Canberra in 1995. Musically, I joined my first band when I was 14, and I was pretty much always in a band until I was 32. I have had quite a bit of recording experience and a massive amount of experinece playing live, in front of greatly differing audiences. From the ages of 18 to 31 I drifted further and further from God, and particularly, the idea of church, and got very caught up in the whole "rock 'n roll lifestyle", but at age 31, after seeing the massive change in my wife who had become a Christian, I recomitted myself to Jesus. At that time I left the band scene, and pretty much put my musical creativity on hold. Within the last few years , God has been gracious enough to give me opportunities to use the talents He gave me, for His glory, which is my desire with what I now write.
