Later I joined a jazz band and played at various jazz festivals around Australia. I was also part of a pop/rock cover band, singing in pubs, clubs and corporate functions. I saw in the new millennium performing at a private function, looking over Sydney Harbour. Highlights to date- 2006- I was honoured to perform my co-written original piece " Heart of the ANZAC" in the Hall of Memory at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra on Anzac Day. 2007 - I toured overseas in Cebu as part of a band and brought smiles to those less fortunate-what an amazing experience. 2008- Performing at the Canberra Multicultural Festival and being showcased as an up-and-coming artist singing my original piece "My Gift to You".

I started performing publicly at age 12. To sing made me come alive. By my early 20's I was songwriting and singing in choirs and touring with a gospel band.
