Bigsound Terms & Conditions

 By enrolling your child with BigSound you (the parent/guardian) concent to the following:

• I understand and concent to the fact that my child/children may be recorded and photographed as part of the “rock this school” fundraiser conducted at the child's school.
• I understand that the recording of my child is for the purpose of enjoyment and fundraising and cannot be on-sold for financial gain or used for promotional purposes without additional royalties paid to the originators of the music.
• All music is under copyright and cannot be reproduced in any manner except through the licensing agreement held by Big Ventures pty ltd t/as Big Sound.
• Big Sound holds all rights to recordings and reproductions in any form.
